This is a time and space designated to sit and start a practice of meditation. Meditation is a way of pausing to process, feel, breathe, and listen to a wise part of yourself that needs you. If you are a beginner, you will learn basic techniques to get started. If you have been practicing and just crave a space to drop in and sit, this is for you. There will be time for a lead in with breath work and time to check in after meditation if you wish. You can also just drop in, sit down, and leave. It is recommended that you bring a journal for just these sessions so you have a place to log anything that comes up for you. Class is $15.00 and it is highly recommended that you buy 10 up front to make the commitment. Try your first sit for $10
